CONDITIONS OF HIRE

A- INSURANCE: Third party insurance is provided with maximum cover of € 25,800,000.00 for damage to property and personal injury, for any passengers, Collision Damage Waiver/Excess Protection cover for damage to the vehicle, fire and theft insurance, with a 10% excess on the value of the vehicle of a minimum of € 800,00. A € 800,00 deposit is to be paid in cash or credit card on the day of leaving; this will only be returned after inspecting the vehicle on the day it is returned. On request the customer can view the contents of the insurance policies. Radios, TVs and any other removable accessories are not insured against fire and theft. Collision Damage Waiver/Excess Protection does not cover any external or internal damage to the motor caravan, for example to chairs, beds, radios, TVs, the aerial, lights, the fridge, porch, etc., directly caused by the customer. The excess must be deposited in cash or by cheque on taking possession of the motor caravan and will be returned when the vehicle is returned after suitable controls by the lessor. Damage to the interior furnishings and utilities, caused through negligence and a lack of care are to be borne by the customer who hereby authorises "CAMPER VALTESSE NOLEGGI S.R.L." to withhold the amount needed to make good said damage above, though always allowing for adjustment.

B- REPAIRS: The customer shall obtain prior authorisation from "CAMPER VALTESSE NOLEGGI S.R.L." for any repairs that may be needed and shall only be refunded for any work upon presentation of a proper invoice made out to said company. The customer shall bear the cost for any mechanical problems caused by negligence or non observance of normal controls and/or bad driving.

C- LIABILITY EXEMPTIONS: "CAMPER VALTESSE NOLEGGI S.R.L." may not be held responsible for any damage suffered by the customer or third parties arising from the use of the vehicle, for the loss or damage to the customer's property left in the vehicle or any problems arising from a delay in delivery, mechanical faults or any other causes (e.g. cancellations).

D- DEBITS: The customer will pay or refund "CAMPER VALTESSE NOLEGGI S.R.L." upon request of the sums due for: 1) excess hourly rates and kms according to current scale of fees; 2) any fines, penalties, legal fees or other matters which the company incurs by law as a result of the use of the vehicle during the hire period. Illegal driving of the motor caravan does not in any case release the customer or any other person from their legal liability to the authorities.

E- ACCIDENTS: Any accident must be immediately reported to the competent authority and to "CAMPER VALTESSE NOLEGGI S.R.L." in writing within 24 hours of it happening. The customer must not declare his own liability and must obtain full personal data of any witnesses and the other vehicles involved where at all possible. The customer agrees to co-operate with "CAMPER VALTESSE NOLEGGI S.R.L." and its insurance company in any investigations and legal proceedings.

F- CONDITIONS OF USE: The customer must take proper care of the vehicle and use due diligence when using it and, especially, must not allow the motor caravan to be used to propel or tow other vehicles; in competitive races, time trials or any other form of speeding; in violation of any customs or tax laws and the highway code; the vehicle to be driven by anyone other than the customer unless previously authorised to do so by the Company or when under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, barbiturates or any other substance that diminishes consciousness and one's capacity to react. Moreover, the vehicle must not be taken abroad unless with the authorisation of the "CAMPER VALTESSE NOLEGGI S.R.L.".

G- PERIOD OF HIRE NOT USED AND CANCELLED BOOKINGS: No refunds are due in the case that the customer for personal reasons leaves later or returns earlier than previously booked. In the case of cancelled bookings, no penalties apply if the booking is cancelled up to 31 days before the hire. If the booking is cancelled between the 30th and the 16th day prior to be expected hire dates, a penalty of 50% of the total cost of hire will be charged. If the booking is cancelled after the 16th day prior to the expected hire dates, the entire sum shall be forfeited. In any case, a fee of € 60,00 will be withheld to cover costs.

H- RETURN OF THE VEHICLE: The day and time of return are binding because the vehicle must be available for the next driver. The company must be promptly informed of any expected delay and three times the normal daily fee will be charged for each day of late return. The vehicle must be picked up and returned c/o "CAMPER VALTESSE NOLEGGI S.R.L." in Via Roma,47 - Gorle (BG) - at the time established in the contract. The vehicle is delivered to the customer washed, clean and disinfected by our depot and must be returned in the same condition and with the waste water tank completely empty. If this is not so, the customer will be debited the relevant expenses in accordance with the current scale of fees.

I- PRIVACY: I hereby authorised "CAMPER VALTESSE NOLEGGI S.R.L." to collect and keep the data on individual and/or legal persons in accordance with law N° 675/96 (in Italy). The data may be deleted or altered upon request by sending a letter to "CAMPER VALTESSE NOLEGGI S.R.L.".

M- Jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this hire contract lies with the Court of Bergamo.

EXTRA CONDITIONS

A- MINIMUM PERIOD OF HIRE:
14 days in the month of August - 5-7 days at Christmas and Easter. The weekend rate applies during mid and low season for a minimum period of three days.

B- DRIVING DOCUMENTS:
a full valid driving licence is sufficient for customers coming from EU member states; customers coming from countries outside the EU must have a valid driving licence issued in their country of origin integrated with an international driving licence. The hirer must be at least 21 years old and must have held a full driving licence for at least three years.

C- PICKING UP AND RETURNING THE MOTOR CARAVAN:
The vehicle may only be picked up and returned on working days during business hours. Vehicles cannot be delivered or accepted on Sundays or bank holiday.
